Order processing and fulfilment
VYNORA works with supplier partners to fulfil orders. After you place an order, it is confirmed and sent to the supplier for dispatch. Products may ship from different locations, so items in one order can arrive in separate packages.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery time depends on the product and your delivery location. Where an estimate is available, it is shown on the product page or at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations or other factors outside our control.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery locations
We deliver within India, to PIN codes serviceable by our supplier and courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, the order may not be accepted at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available where supported by the supplier and your delivery PIN code. If COD is available for your order, you will see it as a payment option at checkout. If it is not shown, COD is not available for that product or location.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details by email or SMS where available. Tracking updates can take some time to appear after dispatch. If you need help, write to vynoraonlinestore@gmail.com with your order number.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address and phone number before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address; we will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been sent for dispatch.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact vynoraonlinestore@gmail.com with your order number. We will check with our supplier and courier and update you.
